Douglas R. Johnson

Mr. Johnson has had thirty years of extensive management experience, leading efforts through marketing, sales, and executive roles within the diagnostics, biotech and orthopedic medical device areas of healthcare.

Before forming PI Management Associates in 2006, Mr. Johnson was Executive Vice President, and President, of Aspen Medical Products, a product development, manufacturing, and direct-selling marketer of orthopedic spine products.

Doug was certified as a Predictive Index Analyst in 2002 while serving as President of Aspen Medical. Before joining the company in 2000, he worked on numerous projects in management consulting as President of Columnar Concepts, which he started in 1993.

Mr. Johnson was also Vice President/General Manager, and an owner, at California Medical Products, a developer and distributor of pre-hospital care devices. In 1992, he directly participated in selling the company to the Laerdal Corporation of Norway.

His first start-up experience came as Vice President of Marketing & Sales (and board member) at Pandex Laboratories, an early-stage biotech company which he helped to establish, and later sell to Baxter International in 1987.

During the initial years of his career, Mr. Johnson held numerous management positions with American Hospital Supply Corporation and Abbott Laboratories. He has an under-graduate degree from Yale University, and holds his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

David G. Isaacs

Mr. Isaacs has over 30 years of management, business development, sales and marketing experience in medical, technology-based and consumer product businesses. He is the Principal of MDW Technologies, LLC, an IP licensing company working with Fortune 100 firms and was certified as a Predictive Index Associate in November of 2007.

Prior to starting MDW Technologies, Mr. Isaacs was founder and CEO of I-Way Corporation, a venture-funded software development and Internet transaction processing firm specializing in on-line store technology.

David served as Vice President of Marketing and a Director at New World Wines, Inc. an international producer and marketer of wine brands. He has also held numerous medical marketing and business development positions with American Hospital Supply Corporation, CompuMed, La Jolla Technologies and The Practice Builder.

Mr. Isaacs holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Lake Forest College and earned his MBA from Duke University.

Tucker A. Johnson

Mr. Johnson has had 12 years of extensive experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry including management positions in both independent and corporate restaurants and hotels. He was certified as a Predictive Index Associate in June 2007.

Tucker is designated as a Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) from the American Hotel and Lodging Association as well as a Certified Dining Room Associate (DRA) from the Federation of Dining Room Professionals.

Mr. Johnson completed his undergraduate work at Cornell University where he received a BS in Hotel Administration. He remains active in the Cornell Entrepreneur Network (CEN) and Alumni Association.
